Despite finishing second in the league twice, Arsenal fans are getting frustrated with the lack of trophies, with the Gunners’ already knocked out of the League and FA Cups.
Arteta’s men’s only chance of winning a major trophy this season is winning the Champions League. However, this is challenging because several massive clubs such as Liverpool, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Inter Milan remain in the competition.
According to the bookies, Arsenal have a 6/1 chance of lifting the most coveted trophy in world club football, and they are more than capable of doing it should they have a bit of luck, fair refereeing, and one or two injured players come back into the fold in time to make a winning impact on the team.
Personally, I think Arsenal should keep Arteta for at least two more transfer windows, but, like many frustrated Gooners, I believe that he HAS TO SIGN A BLOODY STRIKER.
The whole world can see this apart from Arteta, and I believe if they had a number 9, such as Ivan Toney, they would have won the Premier League last season and would be much closer to impressive Liverpool this season.
